INGREDIENTS:
•one cup cracked wheat or oats • half cup tiny florets of cauliflower • one cup finally chopped carrots • finely chopped beans(2-3) • two tbsp peas • three tbsp ghee or oil • half tsp mustard seeds • two tbsp chopped coriander • one-and-a-half tsp salt • one fourth tsp turmeric powder • one tsp lemon juice
METHOD:
• heat 1 tablespoon ghee or oil for 1 minute on a pan at medium flame. •now add one cup oats or cracked wheat in the pan to roast the oats. • now take another deep pan and put it on medium flame and add two tbsp of ghee or oil. After heating the oil put half tablespoon of mustard seeds •now add all the vegetables,coriander and half tsp salt in the deep pan and mix it well for 1 min and cover the pan with a lid for 4 minutes. • after 4 minutes ad half tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt and mix well. Now add roasted oats in the deep pan and mix well . •add two cups water in the pan and mix, now cover the pan with lid for 10 min • after 10 minutes add lemon juice to taste
