Almonds are full of nutrients. They help us to stay healthy and help us to increase our memory power. Almonds contain lots of minerals such as magnesium,calcium,potassium and many more which is important for our heart.
So,today we are going to make “ALMOND DESSERT”
●INGREDIENTS:
•half cup branched and peeled almonds •one fourth cup pure ghee or oil •one fourth cup semolina (suji/rawa) •a few saffron strands •half cup milk •four tablespoons sugar •some dry fruits for garnish
●METHOD:
•Crush almonds coarsely. •Heat ghee or oil in a non-stick pan. Add semolina (suji) and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add half cup water and mix. • Add Saffron,milk and sugar and mix it well. Add crushed almonds and mix and cook stirring continuously till it gets thick consistency. •Now garnish this dessert with some dry fruits.
